I'm Jay Moore, a real estate photographer based in San Diego.
I come from a background in product design and web development — which means I don't just point a camera at a room. I think about what makes a buyer stop scrolling, what composition performs best on Zillow, and how each image fits into the larger marketing of your listing.
I keep things simple: professional photos, drone, and video. Delivered fast, edited clean, ready for MLS the next morning.
