Yes, for empty rooms on listings I photograph. Furniture, rugs and plants are added digitally; the room itself is never altered. Every staged photo carries a "Virtually Staged" label and ships with the original, which is what Canopy MLS asks for. $47 per staged photo, one photo per room, so three rooms is $141. Most listings stage three to five rooms, and you pick which ones after you see the photos. Delivered the next business day.
Every shoot includes a detailed 2D floor plan with room dimensions and total square footage, measured while I am there for the photos. If you want buyers to see the flow of the home, a furnished 3D floor plan is $147 per listing, delivered the next business day with the photos.
